Group 1: Intervention group: The participants receive access to at least one module of a digital sleep intervention, either in a version for German employees (3 modules in total) or in a version that
4 modules in total). Each module takes about 60 minutes to complete. Afterwards, the participants can voluntarily decide to complete another module.
