Inclusion criteria: not applicable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Injuries to the trunk and lower body within the past year that resulted in more than a week of inability to participate in sports. Disorders of the neural, pulmonary, metabolic, endocrine, or cardiovascular systems. Use of medication. Pregnancy and breastfeeding. BMI below 18.5 or above 30. More than 10 hours of endurance training per week in the last 6 months. Answering at least one item of the PAR-Q with "Yes." Known heart disease. Known lung problems (e.g., asthma, long COVID). Obesity.
