Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Questionnaire survey contacts: All contacts of pre- and post-LTx patients older than 18 years. Contact persons are defined as persons from the patient's own household or other close caregivers (family members, friends) who have regular (>2x/month) close contact with the patient. Short interviews: The head physician of the liver transplantation outpatient clinic. The chairman of the regional association of statutory health insurance physicians.

| 1. quantitative distribution of factors identified in the preliminary study (DRKS00030354) as barriers and facilitators to vaccine uptake among contacts surveyed nationwide. Secondary outcome: Reasons for or against vaccination uptake among the contacts surveyed, and conditions and individual needs that may promote low-threshold access to vaccination (questionnaire survey). 2. another secondary outcome: the proportion of (liver) transplant centres that inform contacts about the need for comprehensive vaccination protection and the information strategies they use to do so, and the quantitative proportion of (liver) transplant centres that have authorisation to vaccinate.
