Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with presentation in the specialized pain medicine of the Charité CCM and CVK - own ability to consent to the study and written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Placement in an institution by court or official order - no adequate communication in German possible

- Quantitative psychometrics (validated German Pain Questionnaire, (Pfingsten et al., 2015)) - Qualitative survey on pain medication (e.g. use of opioids, co-analgesics, cannabinoids, phytotherapeutics) and survey on tolerability and discontinuation of medication - Quality of life of the patients - Frequency of physical and behavioral psychological co-treatment - Evaluation of the course of treatment - Mechanism-based pain characterization (neuropathic, nociplastic, nociceptive) - Descriptive course description using validated scores (e.g. PROMIS, DASS) - Quantification of therapies used: (e.g. medication, TENS) - Frequency of behavioral therapy in the course and connection to outpatient psychology - Rate of disability pensions over the course of the disease, return to work - Collection of results from pain diagnostics equipment (e.g. pain monitoring, biofeedback) - Identification of patients with chronic postsurgical pain (CPSP) - Analysis of risk factors for chronic postsurgical pain and development of a risk model	—
