Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The intervention group (n = 150) includes all patients who complete partial or full inpatient treatment in the participating areas of the Wahrendorff Klinikum between 1 August 2023 and 31 December 2023. The prerequisite for using Flowzone for people in the intervention group is that participants have mobile devices (smartphone, tablet, desktop PC) and Internet access. Only subjects capable of giving consent and aged at least 18 were included, regardless of their main psychiatric diagnosis. Included in the control group (n = 100) are all adult patients capable of giving consent who, following (partial) inpatient treatment at the Wahrendorff Klinikum, participate in the 8-week PIA follow-up care between 1 August 2023 and 31 December 2023.

Exclusion criteria: All persons who do not fulfil the inclusion criteria.
