Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Caregivers (relatives, nursing staff) of patients (PWD and challenging behaviour) who have been readmitted to a geriatric psychiatric ward within 30 days of a stay there
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age limit < 18 years Incapacity to consent or mental instability of the caregiver
