Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sufficient knowledge in German language, IQ >= 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute increased psychic stress, measured by BSI 53 with a T value >= 63 on the sum scale; acute intoxication with alcohol, THC oder drugs; photosensitive epilepsy; stimulance based ADHD medication

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Significant group differences are found between the experimental and control groups in the psychophysiological stress response during social interaction with the hyperrealistic avatars, measured by heart rate variability in the different conditions of the serious game paradigm.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
a) Significant group differences are found between the experimental and control groups in emotion recognition ability. The rate of correctly identified emotional stimuli differs significantly between the two groups. b) Significant group differences are found between the experimental and control groups in eye movement behavior during the eye-tracking tasks. Individuals on the autism spectrum achieves fewer correct eye movements in the antisaccade task when using negatively emotionally charged stimuli.
