Group 1: Caregivers of (former) curatively treated and chronically ill oncological patients over the entire course of the disease and treatment through to aftercare.

Inclusion criteria: 1. Written consent to participate in the study 2. Age = 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Major cognitive deficits of the caregiver 2. Language problems of the caregiver 3. Palliative care of the patient

| The Endpoints are recorded at the respective time of inclusion of the caregiver in the study. Caregivers can be included in the study over the entire course of the cancer patient's illness and treatment. 1. How distinctiv is distress among caregivers. Distress is therby detected by the Distress-Thermometer. 2. How distinctiv are the supportive needs among caregivers. The supportive needs are therby recorded by the SCNS P&C-G (Supportive Care Needs Survey for Partners and Caregivers). 3. Is the CarePal-10 as a multidimensional screening instrument suitable for recording distress and supportive needs of caregivers? | — |
