Inclusion criteria: -participation in the digital prevention program -german-speaking -mentally capable of participating in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -severe health impairment

| The primary endpoints of the study are the participants' self-assessed physical and mental health, as well as their work ability. Both parameters are measured at all five time points to observe intra- and inter-individual differences. Physical and mental health are assessed using the widely used SF-12 questionnaire. Work ability is measured using the so-called Work Ability Index questionnaire. Both parameters are crucial for evaluating the effectiveness and sustainability of the prevention program. | — |
