Interventions

Group 1: EMA diary study and ecg for 5 days with inpatients with NSSI and/or suicidal thoughts

Age

14 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: fulfilling NSSI criteria within the last 12 months sufficient German language proficiency IQ > 70(based on previous diagnostic or clinical impression) stable medication (no change within the last 2 weeks) planned hospitilization for at least the study duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Autism Spectrum Disorder (childhood Autism) cardiovascular illness acute aggression towards self or others severe comorbid disorder requiring immediate treatment (e.g. acute psychosis)
