Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Doctors and nurses of the included intensive care units b) Patients in intensive care units (including postoperative, cardiology, stroke units) for whom ethical challenges are identified by the treatment team or who meet predefined inclusion criteria. • ??Indication of a need for an ethics review by the treatment team, patient, or family members. • Patients with an intensive care unit stay of at least 7 days. • Patients with failure of at least three organ systems. • Patients with a neurological prognosis of significant cognitive impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Employees and patients less than 18 years old
