Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) according to EPOS/EUFOREA criteria Ongoing biologic therapy (at least 6 months) according to German regulatory approval Written informed consent for study participation

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent for participation

Determination of the adherence rate in the application of topical steroids (e.g., mometasone nasal spray) in patients with CRSwNP undergoing biologic therapy after three and six months

- Factors Influencing Adherence: Analysis of demographic and clinical factors (e.g., age, disease duration, prior surgeries, biologic therapy success) that may impact adherence. - Objective vs. Self-Reported Adherence: Comparison of actual steroid consumption with patient-reported usage. - Adherence and Treatment Success: Correlation between adherence rates and objective treatment outcomes based on EUFOREA criteria. - Impact of Study Participation: Assessment of whether study involvement influences patient adherence over time.
