Inclusion criteria: - Existing employment relationship in one of the participating companies - Currently able to work - Informed about the content and purpose of the study - Consent to participation and data protection has been given

MeasureTime frame
Change over time in health-related quality of life (HRQoL), measured at 3, 6, 12, and 15 months after the baseline assessment, using the 12-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-12, Ware, J. et al., 1996, DOI: 10.1097/00005650-199603000-00003). Change over time in job satisfaction, measured at 6, and 15 months after the baseline assessment, using the Employee Experience Questionnaire (EXQ): a questionnaire for measuring satisfaction, commitment, and engagement (Fischer et al., 2021, https://doi.org/10.6102/zis304).
