Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Outpatient or inpatient therapy at the psychotraumatological clinic at the BG Klinikum Duisburg -Acute stress reaction, posttraumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorders with or wothout one or more other psychiatric or somatic problems -Insurance through DGUV/BG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Additional diagnosis: serious organic disorders, addiction, personality disorders, intelligence disorders, developmental disorders, conduct disorders, emotional disorders during childhood/ adolescence -Missing psychopathological diagnosis -Therapy not completed - Lack of informed consent to participate in the study -No sufficient knowledge of the German language -Persons who are unable to give consent
