Inclusion criteria: consenting individuals, curative therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: children and individuals unable to give informed consent, no duplicate participation of a patient, palliative therapy

| Therapie-Compliance: Defined as the complete execution of radiotherapy according to the physician’s recommendation (no premature discontinuation or delays). Discrepancy between expectations and perceived experiences: Assessed by comparing responses from both questionnaires. Extent and impact of side effects: Analyzed by type, intensity, and impact on daily life (based on PRO-CTCAE). Change in quality of life: Assessed using standardized quality of life questionnaires (from EORTC-QLQ-C30 and SF-36). Additional psychosocial factors: Influence of emotional support and patient education on treatment adherence and satisfaction. | — |
