Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Professional musicians are included in the study. Professional musicians are defined as people who earn their living entirely or predominantly from their musical activities, as well as music students who are enrolled at a music university specialising in concert music or IGP and aspire to a career as a musician. Additional: very good language skills in: German or English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion in the event of an acute or chronic illness that is a contraindication for sport or exercise.

Additional baseline/socio-demographic data will be collected before the start of the study (self-administered questionnaire: Age, gender, place of residence, musician-specific questions: instrument, main activity (orchestra, chamber music, freelance, teaching), number of hours practising on the instrument per week, definition as a professional musician) and a questionnaire on physical activity (IPAQ self-assessment questionnaire (International physical activity questionnaire), 15 items, Craig et al., 2003) | — |
