Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The entire permanent staff of the facility (n = 33) will be requested for the quantitative data collection. Participation in the data collection is voluntary; signed consent is required.

A total of three data collection periods (baseline survey T0, T1 and T2) are to take place over a total period of 1 ½ to 2 years.
