| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The primary endpoint of this pilot study is the successful implementation of the study protocol, including the execution of all planned scientific experiments, particularly the Isolation Standard Pilot Study of Long-term Isolation All Measures and the accurate collection of data by participants in adherence to standard operating procedures. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Success will be evaluated through the following measures: • Technical and facility performance data • Effectiveness of communication protocols between mission control and the isolated crew • Adherence to participant tasks outlined in the daily schedule • Participant feedback through group discussions and questionnaires • Data quality and completeness from the Isolation Standard Measures (e.g., mood, wellbeing) • Implementation and monitoring of medical surveillance procedures • Execution and adherence to nutrition plans and dietary monitoring • Monitoring and implementation of exercise protocols and physical activity schedules. | — |
