Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing cystectomy including prostatectomy for bladder cancer, benign prostate enlargement to at least 30g, digital rectal examination, prostate-specific antigen <4ng/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons not capable of giving consent
