Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years of age with depression (and comorbidity) will be asked to participate

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary objective is to co-create per predefined care path a new hybrid care path including remote monitoring, considering the expertise of all stakeholders from primary and secondary care and patients. The new care path will be presented in the form of an infographic. The endpoint of this study is a completed infographic per hybrid care path which summarizes all input collected from stakeholders of the specific care path

MeasureTime frame
Secondary objectives include to find solutions for cross-border health care (data exchange), and to identify differences and similarities between countries, hospitals, and patient groups/care paths.
