Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Non-metastatic, histologically confirmed prostate carcinoma cT1-T2c - ISUP Grade Group 1-3 (corresponding to Gleason score 6-7) - Guideline-compliant staging - PSA < 20 ng / ml - Prostate volume < 80 cm³ - IPSS = 12 - Written consent of the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous radiotherapy in the pelvic area - Previous transurethral resection, laser enucleation or ablation of the prostate - Contraindications to MRI or marker implantation (e.g. gold allergy) - Relevant comorbidity, if this results in restrictions for further therapy - Inability to give consent or lack of written consent
