Group 1: Stroke (Thalamic Infarction, Middle Cerebral Artery Infarction, Posterior Cerebral Artery Infarction) Medical history, neurological and cognitive testing at a time of examination 2-4 days aft

50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Capacity to consent - Thalamic, posterior, or middle cerebral artery infarction - Transient ischemic attack (TIA) - Healthy control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Current psychiatric or acute infectious neurological disease - Dyslexia - Drug use, excessive alcohol consumption - Deafness or cochlear implant - Blindness - Current use of antipsychotic or seizure-suppressing medication - Delirium - Dementia
