Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Refugees and people with a migration background, treated in the trauma outpatient clinic of the PSO (Psychosocial Oncology) at the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden, who require language mediation for treatment. - Traumatic experience according to DSM-5 (APA, 2015). - Capacity to consent

Exclusion criteria: - Acute psychotic disorder - Severe acute suicidality

| Acceptance of video-based versus in-person language mediation in trauma focused therapy, patients, psychotherapists, and language mediators, across three consecutive therapy sessions involving video/in-person language mediation (T1, T2, T3), measured by a brief assessment of language mediation developed for the study for patients, psychotherapists, and therapists (SMILE-D - Sprachmittlungserhebung-diSCocer).
