Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 1: Multidisciplinary expert panel (n=5-10) consisting of: advanced practice nurses, nursing scientists, nursing manager, nursing educator; understanding of German and English, informed consent to participate Phase 2: Nurses; working in German-speaking areas; informed consent to participate, understanding of German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Minors, lack of informed consent Phase 1: Lack of understanding of German and English Phase 2: Lack of understanding of German

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Phase 2: Content validity (Content Validity Index, CVI) at item level (I-CVI), scale level (S-CVI), relevance, comprehensiveness and comprehensibility of the questionnaire. Multiple survey of an expert panel (n=5-10) until consensus and CVI > 0.78. Phase 3: Psychometric testing: Reliability (internal consistency, Crohnbach's Alpha), construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis), a one-time written survey of nursing staff (n=179) using the German-language version of the APRD tool (questionnaire) Aim: to validate the guideline-compliant translation of the APRD tool into German
