Group 1: Anonymised completion of the questionnaire (online or in paper form) by relatives of patients with dementia. Duration approx. 20 minutes.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Persons of legal age who support a patient with underlying dementia (see below) in the home with everyday tasks, in particular medication-related activities. - The following are considered dementia: o Any form of memory impairment, whether medically diagnosed or not o Diseases of the Alzheimer's spectrum o Vascular dementia o Fontotemporal dementia (FTD) o Lewy body dementia o Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) o Mixed forms of the above diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - No caring or supporting activities for a patient with dementia - Refusal of participation
