Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The feasibility of the study and process variables will be evaluated as the primary endpoint in order to design a larger RCT, which will be planned based on this pilot study. The process variables are recruitment rates (number [N] who expressed interest compared to N who met inclusion criteria and participated), reasons for exclusion and dropout prior to intervention, N recruited per recruitment route, reasons for missing data and response rates (N/% of participants per questionnaire per time point who returned a complete data set).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Patient satisfaction Occurrence of a new episode of low back pain Utilization of medical services due to low back pain Adherence Usability Physical functioning Physical activity Adverse events
