Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients requiring dental implants patients were willing to participate in this study, and no condition that would preclude them from implant therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: osteogenesis-related diseases or taking medications that affect bone formation history of oromaxillofacial radiation therapy severe bruxism or clenching women during pregnancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Number of early implant losses within one year. The check-up takes place after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. This requires loosening of the implant, which is examined clinically.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Implant survival rate, Implant success rate, Implant stability, peri-implant soft tissue, VAS, PRO, vitamin D questionnaire, deviation of 25 OH vitamin D measurements and radiographic changes at the crestal bone level by peri-apical x-ray
