Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy - Competitive video game min. 5h/week - Video game genres: FPS, MOBA, sports games (FIFA), Battle Royal (Fortnite) - In-game rank 31 - 99 %

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Acute/chronic medical conditions that preclude participation in exercise activities - Use of medications that affect vision or have a strong cardiovascular effect (e.g., beta-blockers) - Severe migraine or epilepsy

- Cognitive fatigue and resilience: Cognitive Demand Battery (Kennedy et al., 2008): - Cognitive control and inhibition: Stroop Task (Stroop, 1935) - Reaction times: Simple Reaction Task (Bliss, 1893) - Memory performance: Dot Memory Task (Sliwinski et al., 2018) - Measurement of subjective & objective physical activity (questionnaire: EHIS-PAQ; accelerometer: Axivity - AX3) Measurement points: - Tpre (5-7 days before start of the intervention): Hand over accelerometer, familiarization with cognitive testing - T0 (baseline): Data collection before the start of the exercise course (questionnaires & cognitive tests) - T1 (interim): data collection after 4 weeks - T2 (final): Data collection after 8 weeks
