Inclusion criteria: - Participant of the EXPERT DACH-Registry - Ownership of a mobile device

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Unwillingness to complete PROM questionnaires

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in patient-reported quality of life over 12 months after hospital discharge for PE patients treated based on PERT decisions, as measured by the PROMIS Global Health v1.2 questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Change in dyspnea severity over 12 months, as measured by the PROMIS Dyspnea Severity 10a questionnaire - Change in physical function over 12 months, assessed using the PROMIS Physical Function 4a questionnaire - Change in depression symptoms over 12 months, evaluated using the PHQ-9 questionnaire
