Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with or without PTSD symptoms after treatment in an intensive care unit (age >18 years) who participated in the NET study and consented to study inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who withdrew their consent

Measure	Time frame
The NET Genetics sub-project within the NET study is to be carried out in a modified form. The reason for the modified form is the delay in the NET study. In this sub-project, age and gender will be assessed as well as the PDS-5 questionnaire (Posttraumatic Diagnostic Scale). Biological data will be collected by taking saliva samples. DNA will then be extracted and the data will be analyzed (a genome-wide analysis of DNA, GWAS).	—
