Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint is the correlation of ctDNA, CTC and Nectin-4, Trop2 and Her2neu with overall survival and disease-free survival in patients with MIBC receiving NAC.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary endpoints are to evaluate the predictive value of ctDNA, CTC and Nectin-4, Trop2 and Her2neu for treatment response to NAC, the diagnostic value of disease recurrence compared to CT follow-up and the predictive value of treatment response to antibody-drug conjugates.
