Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Current gerontopsychiatric treatment, inpatient or day treatment program patient - Written consent to participate - Smartphone or tablet use - Willingness to use the COGITO app
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Presence of acute psychotic symptoms - Presence of acute suicidal tendencies or self-endangerment, resulting in a direct need for treatment - Presence of severe intellectual disability that prevents participation - Not able to provide informed consent - Motor and sensory impairments that prevent the use of a smartphone - Insufficient knowledge of German
