Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Self-referring persons of all genders, aged 18 years or older, Manchester Triage System categories green/blue.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons under 18 years, Manchester Triage System categories red/orange/yellow, pregnancy, inability to consent (e.g., dementia syndrome), insufficient knowledge of German, admissions, homelessness, occupation cooperative cases.

Patient safety - The proportion of study participants, who revisit the emergency department within 72 hours after their initial visit, and for whom a medical evaluation identifies a health risk resulting from the previous triage decision
