Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Additional qualification in emergency medicine Active participation in emergency medical service

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Doctors who object to participation and doctors who have not completed the emergency doctor training.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Triage accuracy: The proportion of patients correctly classified according to the mSTaRT algorithm in a standardized triage scenario. Accuracy during the second test (questionnaire with images of patients from the scenario and information on vital signs) after four weeks (both groups quiz).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Triage accuracy: Assessment of participants' knowledge during the first run. 2. Correctness of life-saving emergency measures performed: Proportion of initial interventions (hemostasis, airway management) correctly identified and performed appropriately according to the algorithm. 3. Total processing time: Total duration of the first quiz and the VR scenario. 4. Processing time per patient: Average time required for the triage of a single patient. 5. Error rate: Number and type of critical triage errors (e.g., over- or under-triage), as well as error rate in relation to the immediate life-saving measures performed.
