Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Under ongoing biologic therapy PASI 75, then a drop below this value, or - DLQI decrease by 5 points, or - PASI initially below 5 under biologic therapy, then a subsequent increase.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy incompliance changes in therapy
