Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: Admitted to one of the participating thoracic and cardiovascular surgery intensive care units of the HDZ NRW, no previously diagnosed pneumonia Raters: Professional experience of at least two years in one of the participating thoracic and cardiovascular surgery intensive care units of the HDZ NRW, voluntary participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: one already diagnosed pneumonia Raters: Professional experience of less than 2 years in one of the participating thoracic and cardiovascular surgery intensive care units of the HDZ NRW
