Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent a CT examination as part of routine clinical care at LMU University Hospital between July 2015 and January 12, 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with insufficient image quality or spinal instrumentation that prevents bone density measurements

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of spinal bone mineral density (vBMD) along the entire spine

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Development of a surrogate marker for therapy response, osteopenia/osteoporosis, and material failure; comparison of vBMD with MRI to detect CT-occult fractures
