Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Supporting a relative with dementia in coping with everyday life - In the case of online participation: Availability of a digital device for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - being younger than 18 years - no experience in supporting people with dementia
