Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Current hemodialysis at least twice a week - Age: 6-18 years - Sports clearance by the respective dialysis facility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Lack of consent from children and parents - Acute infections or other comorbidities that preclude sporting activity - Unstable circulation - Deterioration of the general condition

| Quality of life and motor skills.Quality of life is assessed using the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL). Motor skills are tested by testing hand grip strength, the sit-to-stand test (1 min), as well as individual tests from the Dordel-Koch test battery (one-leg stand, jumping sideways back and forth, standing long jump). The parameters are measured one and a half weeks before and after the start of the intervention in a pre/post test. | — |
