Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Risk of or evidence of malnutrition (MNA-LF=3kg within the last 3 months; decreased BMI <23kg/m^2; decreased protein intake <0.8g/kg body weight) and or presence of one or more signs of impaired mobility (walking speed <0.8m/s; SPPB<8 points; Knee Extension Strength <0.4kg/kg body weight for men or 0.31kf/kg body weight for women) and you must be able to access the study rooms (barrier free)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of ability to give consent; insufficient ability to understand the study content or the German language; unable to walk; severe visual impairments that do not allow independent operation of the components of the measuring and training station; presence of nutrition-associated diseases that cannot be covered by the app settings; pacemaker; advanced osteoporosis (grade 3); acute burn injuries/fractures in the forearm/wrist area

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Individual change in gait speed >+0.1 m/s over a study period of 12 weeks. Gait speed is measured at T0 (start of the study period), T1 (after 4 weeks), T2 (after 8 weeks) and at the end T3 (after 12 weeks).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in protein intake (by 0.1 kg), change in MNA-LF, development of hand strength, reaction speed, hydration and weight stability, development of knee extensor strength and TTM grading
