Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Training workload is at least two training sessions per week in the respective sport. Signed declaration of consent from the athletes and their legal guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The test person has suffered a joint injury or fracture in the past and has not returned to full team training for at least 2 weeks, with the exception of minor injuries.

MeasureTime frame
With the results of the sports motor tests it will be examined whether it is possible to predict sports injuries and overuse injuries in young female field hockey and soccer players. The aim of the study is to improve injury prevention in female junior competitive sport.
