Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Trainee bakers and trainee confectioners in the first to third year of apprenticeship.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bronchial asthma diagnosed by a physician before the start of the study (but study inclusion possible, if bronchial asthma occurred in childhood and currently no medication is needed), inability to carry out the examinations in a valid manner, clinically unstable state, age =15 years. Participants with allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis were included.
