Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Workers from the logistics or care sectors with recurring lifting tasks in their daily work routine - High risk potential due to lifting and carrying loads (number over 10 per working day or weight over 10 kg per lifting or carrying load)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute viral/bacterial infections and infectious diseases - Physical, mental or other inability to provide requested information or participate in required tests (Folstein et al., 1975; Watson et al., 1993) - Orthopaedic, rheumatologic, cardiovascular or psychiatric conditions that prevent the use of passive exoskeletons - Pregnancy

Primary efficacy endpoint: change in musculoskeletal complaints after 3 months as measured by the Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaire, German version (D-CMDQ) Primary feasibility endpoint: Wearing time of the exoskeleton per week (number of days the exoskeleton was worn, hours per wearing session and cumulative hours per week)
