Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery at the ukrb - informed consent - ability to independently perform the micro-interventions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - severe pulmonary diseases (e.g., COPD) - severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., anxiety and panic disorders) - postoperative inpatient stay of less than 48 hours - withdrawn informed consent - pregnancy - non-elective surgery - inability to independently perform the micro-interventions
