| Exercise: Countermovement jump, forefoot hopping n.a.(at a given frequency of 2.2Hz making hops comparable between subjects) Given variables: Constant force (analogue with the body weight), mass inertia Measured variables: Ground reaction force (jump; landing and relaunch with one or two maxima of ground reaction force?), take-off speed, jump height, ground contact time during hopping (target < 200 ms), joint angles (knee and ankle); EMG of agonists and antagonists of the lower extremities (M. vastus lateralis right/left, M. gastrocnemius laterals right/left). | — |
