Inclusion criteria: - Willing to participate - Willing to fill the socio-economic questionnaire - Satellite data available for the specific area

Measure	Time frame
Quantification of participation rates to SF12 and CCQ, as well as the willingness to provide the personal medical data for study purposes and instalment of home-based measurement boxes. In order to adjust for socio-economic status and pre-existing medical conditions in exploratory analyses, we will provide structured surveys.	—
