Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthcare professionals (doctors and nurses) as well as other professional groups, such as social service staff, administrative staff and pastoral care workers; Fluency in written and spoken German; Performing activities that are typical for the area under review; Work in direct patient care or administration and Use of the PalliDoc mobile app
