Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age = 18 years - Patient an psychiatric outpatient clinic or in inpatient psychiatric care - Existing capacity to understand and consent to the study conditions - Diagnosis of a recurrent depressive disorder (ICF-10: F33.1; F33.2; F33.4) or a remitting depressive episode (F32.-) in the past - sufficient level of German for interview purposes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute need for psychiatric treatment, i.e. no acute severe major depressive episode (F32.2 or F32.3) - Currently severe impairment in formal thought processes
