Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Secured ADHD Diagnosis (Screening: Third-party report from a legal guardian) Current ADHD Symptoms (Screening) German ADHD checklist - SBB-ADHD: mean > 1 in the inattention or impulsivity/hyperactivity subscale or/and -FBB-ADHD: mean > 1 in inattention or impulsivity/hyperactivity subscale Normal weight (BMI > 19 and < 25) (Screening: Self-report on weight and height) Consent from participants and at least one legal guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical impairments that make bouldering impossible or unsafe (e.g., paralysis, fractures, or contusions/sprains) (Screening: Self-report regarding current physical impairments; Intervention: Assessment by the coaches at Eifelblock Trier to determine whether a participant can take part in the bouldering sessions) Acute illness (e.g., flu, gastrointestinal issues, etc.) (Screening: Self-report regarding any current acute illness; Intervention: Assessment by the coaches at Eifelblock Trier to determine whether a participant can take part in the bouldering sessions) No access to internet-capable devices (Screening: Self-report regarding whether a regularly available internet-enabled device (e.g., smartphone) is accessible) The psychological load must be at a level that allows participation in the study. (Assessment by the study management based on the screening data and feedback from the coaches at Eifelblock Trier)
