Group 1: Patients with tumors of the respiratory tract (ICD-10 C34.-)
Retrospective analysis of routine data from hospitals are used to examine the frequency of diagnostic and/or therapeutic measures in order to investigate the collateral effects of the pandemic. Group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There was contact with a participating healthcare facility in the period from 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2023 and one of the following diagnosis categories: C18, C25 or C34

Exclusion criteria: All data records, that do not match the inclusion criteria

1. Survey of incidences of diagnoses C34.-, C25.- and C18.- in the periods before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic 2. Rate of diagnostics performed in the periods before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic: Computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), biopsy sampling during diagnostic endoscopy, endoscopic sonography, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography (ERCP) and selected tumor markers (carcinoembryonic antigen [CEA], carbohydrate antigen 19-9 [CA19-9], neurospecific enolase [NSE]) in the 6 periods before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic 3. rate of therapeutic procedures in the periods before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic: lung resection, colon resection and pancreatic surgery, radiotherapy and anti-neoplastic and immunomodulatory drugs in the periods before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic 4. optional: rate of higher tumor stages in the periods before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic 5. rate of psychiatric comorbidities (F10.- to F19.-, F20.- to F29.-, F30.- to F39.-, F40.- to F48.-, F50 to F59.-) in the periods before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic
